Le bruit de la rue est assez important la nuit. Les chaines de télé sont insuffisantes (pas de canal plus, peu de chaînes satellites, pas de tnt). Les points positifs : la situation de l'hôtel est idéale à 100M du métro dans un quartier propre et serein. Les commerces sont dispo à 400m aux abords de la gare saint lazare.
