Kommentar : Même si la chambre était propre, elle était fortement imprégnée de l'odeur de cigarette (très désagréable). La chaise était cassée, il manquait un câble d'antenne pour la télé (que j'ai réclamé), une lampe de chevet n'avait pas d'ampoule et la moquette était bonne à changer. Pour un trois étoiles c'est un peu limite. A noter également un point négatif pour moi (de nombreuses chaînes TV sont en arabe et je ne parle pas cette langue). A part ces petits désagréments, lit confortable, chambre (côté cours) au calme et très bon accueil.

Kommentar : Bien qu'améliorée, la salle du petit déj fait un peu "bistrot", dommage. La chambre N° 30, pour 2 personnes, 3 nuits, un peu juste. Personnel très agréable.

Kommentar : Sur 2 nuits, 1 sans chauffage dans la 1ère chambre, qui était une chambre de bonne réaménagée donc très petite et très bruyante (Mauvaise insonorisation).
Ecoulement des eaux et pression insuffisante dans les 2 chambres louées.
Cet établissement n'est pas à la hauteur des 3* annoncées.

Kommentar : La rue d'Amsterdam n'est pas la moins fréquentée par les voitures des rues de Paris;
Ca j'aurais pu l'anticiper.
mais le manque d'huile au niveau des joyeuses portes de chambres qui grincent dès 6H du matin (multiplié par le fait qu'il s'agit du terrain de jeux des enfants...on rentre on sort on court dans les couloirs etc.. etc ...

Kommentar : Malgré un certain nombre de points positifs (propreté, service, situation géographique) l'isolation sonnore est catastrophique et le choix des chaînes câblés très décevant (beaucoup de chaînes arabes, langue que je ne parle pas !)
