Kommentar : The superior bedroom where I stayed was dirty, the curtains were broken - due to this I couldn't have any privacy in the room. Noisy, no wifi access in the room, the door was not lockable, small old TV with only 3 French channels, etc
The only positive thing of this hotel is the location.
I paid 100€ per night (superior room, individual use) and for the same price I have stayed in a much better hotel with breakfast in Opera area.

Kommentar : Hotel vieux et pas entretenu, les chambres sont sales et pas nettoyées.Bruit de climatiseur dans la cour.Pas d'isolation entre la chambre et le couloir.
Bruyant et pas accueillant.

Kommentar : Cet hôtel qui est bien situé dans le 9ème gagne à être connu. Toutefois, il serait souhaitable que le propriétaire envisage des travaux , car certaines chambres ont le plâtre qui s'écaille par grandes plaques, tube du sèche cheveux coupé, encadrement de douche cassé, risque de fuites eau. Les travaux de maintenance ne sont pas effectués régulièrement et c'est dommage.

Problème d'évacuation d'eau au niveau de la baignoire : l'eau de ma chambre coulait dans le hall d'accueil lorsque j'ai pris une douche.

Kommentar : Bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très agréable au téléphone mais une fois sur place pas un sourire, la personne à l'accueil était froide. Très mauvaise isolation des chambres (on entend tout), mais pour une nuit le prix est tout à fait correct. Hôtel très bien situé si on vient faire du shopping.
