However, another gentleman was on reception over the weekend of our stay and he was very helpful and polite. We had a room for 4 people which was very spacious by Paris standards but was off the stairwell and we could hear staff preparing for breakfast service in the mornings which was not ideal. All up, it worked out very well and I would stay at this hotel again.
