'impression qui en résulte pèse lourdement sur l'appréciation générale. La gestion de l'espace au rez de chaussée mériterait d'être revue pour permettre une plus grande adaptabilité des zones d'accueil et de petit déjeuner. La place pour l'accueil est utile le soir, moins le matin et réciproquement. Dans les douches, des mitigeurs seraient bienvenus à la place des mélangeurs.
