We got in early after a long flight and she made sure there was a room waiting for us. Thus we were able to nap before going out for the evening. Likewise, she graciously allowed not only my husband and I but also our son who did not stay at the hotel, to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. Service such as this will be remembered and goes a long way to make a visitor feel truly welcome. I love Paris!
